Also, does Prostore come with a merchant account (it mentions accepting credit cards in its upsell but I am wondering if it just set up to accept CCs or if it actually comes with an account of its own.I am really trying to get away from Paypal.

grahm it sounds like you are saying that a person trying to sell new things is at risk of having their items pulled simply because they have not sold them before.You know that is not true.

The Prostore site says that there is Final Value fee of.5% per item sold.
