Most all of these sites under Salehoo suppliers are either chinese unlegit suppliers or scammers.A good majority of the websites Salehoo offers are just retail sites that claim wholesale.

I've used them a couple times and have found some descent
deals.Just make sure you calculate shipping costs for the
auction, sometimes their prices are high on shipping.Also
watchout for the buyers premium.Have you purchased from dhgate.com? Some of their prices are
very close to dhgate.com.
Re: Business License and Sellers' permit
If your conducting a business you need a DBA and a sales tax ID, otherwise you could be in big trouble with the IRS come tax time and you havent filed anything properly.No sales tax id means not buying from legitimate wholesalers and distributors.

I would start with donating your own money and time first and things you have lying around the house.Also, I suggest setting up donation cans at your local businesses, ask them if you can put them there and thats a good way to get money.
