look they need to verify your identity, don't show them your bank statement, just show them your telephone bill with your name and address(it has to match the one you registered on ebay) when you fax all your reinstatement form and proof of identity make sure you put your user name and your email address...

I think paypal earns more than ebay itself with high transaction fees.

i don't like paypal, they charge you for every transaction.My bank dosent charge me when i receive funds from another person!.

I think i know what the problem is.The same thing happened
to me, i found out that i SUPPLIED THE wrong paypal address
when i sold the item.So its most likely that the payment is unclaimed or has gone
to the wrong paypal address.
