The website has nice pictures and a great interface. The prices were good and my order shipped quickly. They emailed tracking information right away. When my order arrived it was well packed and the items were a good quality. My only issue with them is that I emailed a question and they didn't respond but overall, I will most likely order from them again.

I bought Swarovski Beads from them. It took 2 months to get them. They emailed periodic updates but never actually told me it would take 2 months. They collected my money when I placed the order. When the order finally arrived, it was very nice. Shipping was a little overpriced but overall I was satisfied. I'm not sure I would order again unless I couldn't find a similar deal anywhere else.

I have had great luck with this site. I think it depends on what you are buying. Look at the feedback for the sellers. There are a lot of ebay resellers leaving feedback and so it's not hard to weed out the bad sellers.
