Trying to work with this supplier.... very frustrating. Sent wholesale application online. 2 days later, I called when I received no communication back from this company. Called their 1-800 number and was on hold for 12 minutes with no contact with a human being. When I did speak to a human being, she would not let me finish a sentence. I am from Canada, Fragrancenet wants a certificate, which we do not have in Canada. I had a very frustrating conversation with the gal trying to explain that I could send all kinds of other information. She put me on hold for another 9 minutes and then disconnected me. I called back and before I spoke to a human being, I was on hold for another 17 minutes. When I did finally get a human being, it was the same gal. She said I could not do business with them unless I had some kind of printed government document that I would fax to them. I indicated that I have a website, I am in the city phone directory, have been in business for 20 years.
