On a previous post here you mention to always use DELIVERY
CONFIRMATION - well im in canada and Paypal has reversed my
transactions several times.You see they intregrated
Delivery confirmation with canada post only a few months
ago.

I ordered from them in the past and they overcharged me for shipping..box label $27 (im in canada, that was for 24 peices by USPS), actual price paid upon checkout $56, when i asked for a refund on the difference they said that was the price for shipping. I recently tried to order again (8 months later) and now they want to charge me $74 for 24 peices (tops) by USPS...I do know they offer free shipping in the USA or $300or more..so i guess if your in the USA your lucky :-)
