i believe the listing on the so called 'rip-off report' is a mistake, i'm a happy customer of theirs, although i did not earn a lot from their dropshipping packages but i did make hundreds of bucks, from time to time.

try to list some categories of items you are most interested
in as a buyer or user, not a seller, and then narrow your
selections through researching supply and demand, find a
good dropshipper or wholesaler for the items that you think
are going to sell well.
