I found out about 4 years back that even saving tracking numbers does not prevent a seller from giving a refund.I was, at the time, selling cell phones and sold one for about $500.It shipped and was tracked.

Problem with a DHGate seller
I ordered a cell phone from a seller off of DHGate.I had to request a tracking number from them.

Do not deal with exportmenu or dvdsbay.They both seem fine until your customer is unhappy with their purchase and wants a refund.They will not answer emails.Both ship bootleg dvd's.

I have used this company about 6-7 times since they do have unique products at a decent price. The majority of the orders shipped in 3 days and I received a tracking number. On some orders, I never received any notifications of delivery. I contacted them after 5 days and one of the products was on back order. Glad I contacted them because I guess they were not going to tell me it was on back order. Their customer service is pretty good, all of my emails were responded to within 2-3 days. They are a little inconsistent.
Rock Bottom Deals
Ordered a few times from them, one piece was missing from each case on both occasions. Prices are good, but shipping cost is high. Hard to make profit due to shipping costs.
