maybe when ebay finally does something about it (as i sit with the booze, hope the typing doesnt suffer) they will shut everything down remotely involved with him.

checked out the details on the site and get it WITHOUT the logo, market it as anything but an ipod and make sure you mention it does not work with itunes and you may have something.

true, you do have to look out for fakes but the smart purchaser should have no trouble here, even with some brand names. escrow account is a plus.
