Trying to find a dropshipper

At the start of this year I was full of confidence, enthusiasm and bouncy beans because I was determined to become a seller via using a dropshipping service. I made enquiries with various dropshippers only to be told they couldn't help me because I live in Australia! (Obviously these were US/Uk dropshippers). Those that could help me (and as I researched them) I ended up reading bad reviews about them!
So of course I didn't use them. WHY is it SO HARD to dropship from Australia??
Is anyone successful doing this? (and I'm specifically asking my fellow AUSSIES this). Because I personally have found it so darn hard! And yet, I read all over the internet that people ARE doing it and ARE making a success out of it. So does this ONLY apply to US/UK residents???

If there are any fellow Aussies out there that could give me some 'hints & tips' I would so very much appreciate it as I have become quite fed up with constantly having doors slammed in my face.

I am new and all but I know there's a good dropshipper for software / games from Australia. I have found two sellers on Ebay that drop ship PC games and one of their sources is a supplier from Australia - I can tell by the price, that is displayed in AU dollars, while they have the same title in US dollars too, but with different shipping cost.

iam an aussie dropshipper it is pretty hard but u have to use what u have here l was like u but now make some good money l go to garage sales. u have to think out the square u live in.it is hard but u can make a go of it u just have to open ur eyes and look for reals that u can sell for a profit
