How to Verify Credit Card Information with Supplier

I do not understand this business petra.com . They requested some documents that were sent. I sent a copy of credit card and watch what they say..

""We cannot get your credit card to verify the address. Please call the credit card company and ensure the address is correct and the expiration is correct. We cannot process the application until the credit card can be verified. Thank you!""

I cannot call your credit card company. I am using a third party credit card company validation and it states that the address is not valid. Did you recently move and have the address changed?

Hi Mayra,

It means that the credit card information you have sent them doesn't match with what you card supplier has on file. According to the supplier, it's the address you have given that is different to the one registered with your card provider.

Have you moved address since you got your credit card?

If you have, you will need to update that information with your card provider, then notify the supplier so they can verify.

Hey Mayra!

I think Mark's advice is the first step you should follow. Maybe something is wrong with your information try to validate it with your 3rd party company. These things can be resolve with a phone call or maybe just an email. Do not give up dear Mayra!

The information my Card is correct, I verified with my Bank..

OK, all you can do is contact the supplier again and inform him that you have double checked with your card supplier and they have confirmed details. Then I would resend again, just in case you may have made an error originally and then ask the supplier to re-confirm and see if it goes through OK this time.

If your details are correct and he has the correct info, then it should be confirmed without any problems.
