Starting out - Flea markets?

I'm just getting into the wholesale game and I'm not sure where to start.

I will probably start with a flea market that runs every Sunday and build from there. I am not ready for a huge overseas order although that is where I would like to get to eventually.

What are the most popular selling items and where do I buy them?
