I import to Israel 3d TVs and projectors.
My biggest problem is that I want to give my costumers warrany
but I can not send any little problemto the US,
so I connected to a lab in Israel that will give me warranty for the little repairs and for the install of the TV.
The problem is that he do not have the components for those TV.
My idea is to ask for the suppliers in the US or the manufacturers to send me only the components that is damaged.

What do you think should I ask the warranty from the suppliers or the maufacturers?
Do you have any idea how to make it more efficent?
Any suggestions and ideas will be gladly accepted.

My suppliers are all kind of those sites

I'd say look for manufacturers who specifically do warranty service in Israel, or who have service arrangements (like Toshiba UK, which handles Toshiba's Israeli home entertainment customers.) Save yourself some potential headaches as well as possible legal liability in the event that one of your local repair guys messes up someone's TV and refuses to follow through on fixing it.
