How to ask a Dropshipper's Invoice for Your Buyers

I've had a dropshipper quote me prices and I like their steup. They are highly reccomended here!

BUT, they say there is no invoices on the packages they send.....
How will that ever get past customs?

Hi ryanakajoey,

This is the usual practice for most dropshippers. No invoice bearing their company detail will be sent with the package to denote that the item came from them and not you the seller.

I suggest getting in touch with your dropshipper and asking them further about how they arrange shipping so that you know what to expect.

Something you can do is if the DS doesn't invoice at all, but you would like an invoice sent, is to request a blind invoice shipment. That's where the invoice details are intact, but it bares no company name at all.

For the record, no invoice will be a problem with customs if it's just coming through as general mail.

The invoice will be sent to me via email so thats cool.

It's fine if there's no invoice on the package, but there needs to be a goods decleration at least!
