I wonder how many online sellers who use paypal as their means of collecting payments, are aware that , unless you send your goods by trackable means (eg recorded delivery) that you are not covered by payal's seller protection. It is not good enough to offer recorded delivery or to obtain proof of posting.
I have recently had an experience where I posted goods to Australia and obtained proof of posting. When the goods failed to arrive, the buyer filed a paypal complaint and WON because I could not provide tracking to their door!
I have asked paypal to confirm whether this applies to any online purchase but have yet to receive a reply. How many times have you made an online or auction purchase without receiving trackable goods-probably only r4elevant if you dont
receive the goods.
What is stop fraudulent paypal claims by people who have received goods but then tell paypal they have'nt had them?
How many sales have you made and shipped without using trackable means-its quite scary.
