PLEASE READ THIS POST TO PROTECT YOURSELF, YOUR BUSINESS AND ITS REPUTATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WE ARE MAKING A OFFICIAL COMPLAINT AND A LEGAL SUIT IS PENDING!

Today yet another dark day arrived for our company where it was hit, not financially but our reputation tarnished by the lack of consistency and responsibility taken by one of our suppliers. This supplier not only had failed to accept their mistakes but also failed to take responsibility for these mistake leaving our company to drown.

just one example
We where happy to learn of the new release of the new Flytouch 3, a 10.1" Android 2.2 GPS tablet and a very reasonable price. This was a company we had used frequently and had a good business relationship with until now.

We brought 4 for our customers and not only did this company take a week to dispatch the products but over the last 4 days they having been arriving one after the other faulty, no software for GPS, and x3 the completely the wrong product.

When this company was confronted about these issues they at first refused to except the mistake and the faulty issues at hand. I personally spent over 3 hours trying to resolve these issues but this supplier keeps refusing to except responsibility.

Of course we were informed to return them at OUR OWN COST for their mistake of the sending of the 3 incorrect tablets.

We are now under investigation in our country due to these clowns because we supplied products that were not only misleading due to the product software not supplied but also for false advertising. We advertised our suppliers information and the PIECE OF SHIT tablets sent were nothing like the description. not 1 customer, not 2 customers but 3, yes!, 3 of our customers

Their website was checked against what they have sent and they do not match one little bit!

When we talk to them they refused to admit the incorrect product was send until more and more information was provide to support case they were advertising something that was not even released to them yet and filling orders for these tablets with bull shit older models.

We now not only have to do damage control but we have to cover the cost to return the their stuff up but when trying to talk to them to have the matter resolved in many different positive out comes, they were not prepared to accept responsibility for misleading and false advertising but where rude and out of line!

We are now presently build a case against them

Hi there,

Thank you for your support about this matter.

Up until now this company has treated me very well with great service, great products & great prices.

I have had absolutely no reason to put them down, but in recent experiences, their willingness to take responsibility for their mistakes has left me with an expensive taste in my mouth and the attitude change was incredible when something has gone wrong and there willingness to put issues right and support there customers was absolutely disgusting.

I guess when push comes to shove, companies really reveal there true colours when it means coming to the table to look after there customers.

You have my complete permission to delete thoughs posts about those companies.

Hi Steinz and Richelle,

Currently everything is at the stage where we do not know what is going to unfold with the situation concerning Davis Micro.

We have laywers in China set to represent us if it goes further.

We have received all the products from our customers and taken photographic evidence and have built a case against them.

We have issued them a formal letter to work with us to resolve and settle this matter without further proceeding against them taking place.

We are now awaiting there reply to negotiate terms.

I will place a very interesting post shortly that i feel is beneficial to all traders and well worth a read if you are dealing with dropship and wholesale suppliers in china.

will keep you informed
