eBay listings ended

Hi There,
I am hoping someone out there can help me as it is getting really frustrating that my items are being cancelled as competition obviously don't like how I am doing(thanks to Salehoo). I sell Brand name clothing but havent a certificate of authenticity(no ones does or rarely can) I do not use the brand name in its entireity but am still getting slammed for Brand name misuse. It seems you just need to report an item and 'bAM' Ebay will take it off. Any suggestions?

That really sucks. I don't have any advice because I haven't dealt in anything that would require authenticity.

Besides that, unless it's a special edition, limited edition... I've never heard of any kind of certificate of authenticity for clothes.

What is the brand? I don't normally have any problems listing brands on Ebay (for clothing) at all? What's the Ebay id?

You can private message me, I had a similar incident happen to me one time.

You can not adveritise any brands (or different brands) ... fyi.

Example, I had toddler clothing for sale, and advertised my handbags ... saying the popular designers names, and they jerked all my listings - you have to be careful what you put in your listings..

You can say something like view my other auctions, or click into 'about me' to learn more ...? You just can't push any other brands than what you are selling at that time.

THis happend to me on monday eBay took 3 of my auctions of brand name clothing

Yea, you really have to watch what you say in your auctions, and you know another thing to keep in mind, you have a lot of competitors that will look at your stuff, and report you to ebay if they think there is something wrong in your listings.

There are forums like crazy in ebay, and they share this information!

I have this happen all the time on ebay. Mine was the nitendo plug and play. everytime I list one ebay says nitendo says I am violateing their copyright rules. well i know who is reporting me because only 1 other person is selling these on ebay and for 50 dollars more than me. All he has to do is click report me and they remove my listings. How can I sell a product if I cant tell the customers what game they are bidding on??? :roll:

Write or call Ebay ... that can be very frustrating for sure.
