247 Wholesale - the facts

Hello everyone,

I have contacted that company and made a purchase recently, below is my experience with the process:

I am yet to find out if 247 Wholesale is a scam for sure, but I do know that so far their customer service is sub-par to say the least:

• E-mail - once the order is place they do not respond
•
• Phone - 877-247 wholesale number works 1 in 7 days, you will be lucky to get through to an answering machine, more often then not you only hear static
• Website - is out-of-date, you can almost never get the items you see listed
• Invoices - the number on the invoice was different from the number I was actually charged
• Disclaimer - they mail you a disclaimer that basically states that everything they told you over the phone, wrote to you in an e-mail, sent to you as an invoice is not legally binding and does not matter. • Location: address listed on their site does not match up with the business listed in that building.
• UPS tracking number - I was told I will receive the number the next day after my order - to day I have not received a single e-mail, including the e-mail with my tracking number.

Basically they go dark on you after they have your money, I would be very cautious when considering doing business with this so-called “verified” supplier.

That company should not be listed on this site, they are less-then-credible.

Quick update:

After I blocked my phone# I was able to get through to the "Customer Service" rep ( it's the same person every time)
I asked her why I have not received my Tracking # yet, I was told again that I will get it as soon as UPS provides one. Per our original phone conversation my order was supposed to be shipped on the 12th and I was supposed to get my tracking # on the 13th. Now I am being told that the order just shipped today ( 10/14) and I SHOULD get my tracking # tomorrow.

Still shady, I will see if I actually get my order / tracking # and update this post.

What you are going through is so unfortunate. We had a completely different experience when we dealt with them. But I guess over time things do change :(


That company should not be listed on this site, they are less-then-credible.


As inept as they may seem, we keep suppliers with negative reviews in our directory to basically serve as a warning so people will know and will avoid them. Often it's helpful to know what suppliers to avoid wasting time with, as well as what supplier are great to use.

Update on the matter,

It has now been a week after the order. I still have not received my UPS tracking number nor did the shipment come yet. It's very strange that she has no knowledge of any issues as I have sent them numerous e-mails and left at least 3 voicemails.

You can forward them my e-mail - bpotux@comcast.net - and let them know that unless I get either the shipment or the tracking number or an explanation of what's going on I will be filing a fraud claim to my bank and a complaint to BBB of Trenton, NJ.

I am sure this group will deliver. Let them the get job done with out trashing them in the forums. If its a 3 week old order then I would worry but a week old? Some people need to relax.

Final disposition:

Package never came.
Customer service never answered.
Filed a dispute with my bank and got a refund.
Filed a BBB complaint.
These guys are a scam and a ripoff.

Shop there at your own risk, or better yet - don't.

Too bad they didn't. It does not take 3 weeks to ship 2 day UPS from and to the U.S.

They are an example of a bad business and a scam. They get your money and disappear.

Order is 3 weeks old, never got a single email or phone call. Scam.

This is so unfortunate, bpotux. The only good thing is you were able to get a refund.

I have tried inviting them to comment or help resolve the issue, giving them the chance to air out their side of the story but they thought the whole thing was a joke. I have not received any further emails after I told them that we were not joking and that what was happening was no joke at all.

If its okay with you, I would suggest that you add your review on their profile page to warn others about their service. Looking forward to you review.
