I dont know what do, and I am also starting to doubt the chances that id still get the money back. However, is there anyways to solve this? I dunt know what to do right now.

I forget what you wrote but did you pay with a credit card through Paypal?

If so, you can dispute through your CC holder and Paypal has no choice but to refund the money. As a matter of fact they have to and its pretty quick.

Its a trick every person here should know. If your buying a large purchase through paypal use a CC.

If you didn't, then I would suggest going to your local courthouse and filing papers for a small claims suit against paypal.

See you will win because you can summons the shipping info from paypal. If they did their due diligence they should have the shipping info which will show the weight of the shipment which will obviously be less than the weight for the PSPs.

My guess is the person selling you the items scammed you and paypal and paypal doesn't want to eat the cost. So they are giving you the run around.

Bring them to court and let the judge decide. I bet he just might weigh in your favor.

Oh by the way, after you file suit, you might get a call from an attorney from paypal saying you agreed to arbitration. From what I have read at paypalsucks.com just tell him you want to leave it up to the judge. And don't settle for anything less than your loss. Don't let them try and cut their losses.

Additionally, If the cost of the items is much greater than what you can get through small claims, go to paypalsucks.com and you will find out how to file suit in superior court and don't forget about legalzoom.com. They have the papers to use in these cases if your state is in their databases. You can add those costs to the court fees paypal will have to pay if you win.

Your underage?

Its hard enough giving pseudo legal advice to adults much less teenagers.

No offense but I don't want to be responsible for this.

You should contact your parent or guardian about this.

You might get lucky if paypal has an age restriction and didn't confirm your identity. Other than that you will have to have your parents handle this for you.
