Ok, Just called the number on the website to check it out. It is definitely a home business as they answered, 'Hello'! They do not keep the items in-house (no pun intended), Phyllis Robinson told me they come directly from the manufacturer. So they must be using a dropshipper. The prices are fair on some items, but you have to do your homework to do price comparisons. They do take all major credit cards and have an office in the USA. I just placed a $2,000 order. I'll keep you posted on arrival dates, quality etc. I did ask if the items were New In The Box and NOT refurbished. She assured me they are new from the manufacturer. She said I will get an email invoice within 48 hours and once I do, I need to call in and confirm my order prior to shipping. I have a lot of international customers so my items may go for more than the MSRP. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, otherwise, I know what everyone is getting for Christmas this year. HA! 8)

Not sure how it will turn out but I REALLY like Phyllis. If you call her, she will answer all of your questions and stay on the phone with you until you have your answers. She just started this business about a month ago. I placed the order on Sunday but my credit card has not yet been charged. I think it may take 3-5 days or something. I also requested that she put signature confirmation on my parcel since I had something stolen a week ago that was left with my lovely neighbors. DHL delivered to the wrong address and without sig confirmation, he gave the parcel to the wrong person.

Ok, I am very dissappointed! Phyllis called me this morning and said they are having trouble getting Ipods from the supplier and that it could be up to a month or so. She said, maybe in a few weeks. They are not charging my credit card until they call and tell me they are on the way. She was offering the knock off ipods and telling me how great they are for $120 for 2GB. I did not tell her my source, but I did tell her that I paid a lot less for mine which are the same thing. Of course I listed mine on ebay and said something like 2GB MP3 MP4 player Nano size. Ebay took my ad off immediately! You cannot do keyword spamming by referring to a brand to get attention to your auctions. So of course others are calling them a Pocket Nano which is NOT Ok either! So we will see if I can sell them as a Generic Chinese MP3 copycat player. If you want to see how I listed them, my Ebay store is:

Well, guess I'll just have to wait for Phyllis or find another source. I understand that Apple has a very tight grip on the distributors so we may never find a fair price on them until nobody wants them! LOL One day in the future we will find them at BIG LOTS for $9.99! HA!

Thank you very much! I'll tell you how I started. About 4 years ago I had an idea to buy Rubber Stamps at 50% off at Hobby lobby when I lived in San Antonio, Texas. They sell them half off every 6 weeks. I bought $100 worth. They do not have the best selection so i cherry picked the best stamps and kept the receipt. I tossed them up on ebay for full retail and made $100 profit. So now I had $200.00. So when they offered them at half price again, I bought $200 worth. Then I had $400! Well they started to think I was crazy at Hobby Lobby when I was spending hundreds on rubber stamps, not to mention how I held up the line at check out. So I got my business license and opened up an account with one stamp manufacturer. Once I had a solid reputation of paying my bills, I could use them as a reference. Then I added more over the years. My niche is that I only choose designer stamps. Outstanding customer service is VERY, VERY important to the success of your business and you must take care of your customers. Answer all emails quickly and efficiently no matter how silly the questions. The business has really grown from when I first started and I have made quite a few mistakes, but you learn from them and go on. I originally started selling only in the USA but I had so much demand from the UK that I opened it up to them too. I sell quite abit to Germany, France and Australia since prices are so much higher there. Most of my business is from buyers outside the USA. Most of the products are made in China but are only sold by companies in the USA. I have enjoyed my little shop since it is open 24/7 365 days per year and if I need a break, I can click a button and make my store invisible. It's funny how many emails I get when I do that. *POOF* its gone, *POOF* It's back! LOL I really really like designer stuff so I was hoping to offer IPODS but I just may have to wait til they are at BIG LOTS!
This method will work with any product that is in demand. Watch your Sunday paper and inserts for really good sales. Today we found CHI curling irons at Tuesday Morning for $39.99. They MSRP is $89.99 and up. We got a mail advertisement last week announcing they would have them. Of course my Mother was all over it and bought 9 of them today! HA! One store told her that there was a limit of one per customer. Soooo she went to another Tuesday Morning, no LIMIT! Hey it's FREE money!

Oh on the Faux Nano thing, you can sell them along with a Nano accessory and that is OK to use in the title.

WOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOO Phyllis just called and told me they have found a reliable Apple Ipod source and my order has been processed! YEAHHHHHH! She said she didn't expect to call me so soon but I am sure glad she did! So far I give her 5 Stars for customer service! She said a FED Ex tracking number will soon follow. I DID and highly recommend that you ask your suppliers to ask for signature confirmation to protect your investment. I am loving Phyllis right about now. I'll keep you posted on delivery time and product quality, etc.

I'm not sure why it shows as guest... I found that if you login before you post, and then login to check private messages, that always works for me?

Also, preview your post before you submit it to make sure your user id is showing up? Maybe Simon will read this or someone at Salehoo, and find a fix for this.

:)

Oh my God! That’s terrible. I no longer work for Ipodwarehouse for this reason alone. First, I was never paid my full commission as they prescribed in the job. Second, my customers did not receive their merchandise as prescribed on their website. Third, I was left with a 900 usd phone bill, which they never bothered to take responsibility for. Fortunately, I was able to keep good relationship with my customers, simply because I was very truthful with the events as they rolled out.

Long story short, I got stiffed too. As a result of this I have ventured out on my own and will carry my own weight when it comes to providing for my customers. I do think an apology is in order for the events, and I apologize for their lack of prompt and courteous service. If you would take any of this into consideration I would greatly appreciate an opportunity to service you rightfully.

Anyway, I hope all is well with you outside of this situation. Thank you for taking the time to let me know how you feel.

Kind regards,

Phillis Robinson
