I need some clarification, why am I seeing so many scam reviews and selling of fake merchandise from queenbeeofbeverlyhills.com

So many forums and websites talk about how it's impossible for small webs to be selling these designer items at wholesale price.

I need some clarification. I expect great service from salehoo.com as it is also a paying service. You are the only guys that recomend them in your database ?

From my understanding, there was a Nevada based company trading at Blujay.com and it was illegitimately using the name Queen Bee of Beverly Hills. Apparently, such company has since been shut down. Thank you also for stepping in. Even though designer items come with authentic certificate cards and what not, so do replicas. I live in Bangkok, Thailand, so i know how the fakes are made from manufacturers in China, Korea, and Thailand. They actually do great work, and also provide all the paper work you suggested.

What i need from you is paper work claiming that you are selling authentic items, and for me to send your paper work to the brands itself for further clarification. If you can do that then i really have no problem. further more, i need a guarantee from you will take full responsibility if your items are not 100 % authentic like you have said.

Please explain why your profile is not completed in the BBB, and havn't resolved some issues in there. It states that you are A-, but still not accredited.

I really would love to do business with you, because i have a huge client list for designer items. Usually they would buy from the shop itself. So it's really critical that you are ready to prove what i need you to prove, as my clients will demand all the proof they need.

Sorry for sticking my nose in here, but I just wanted to highlight to all our members that this is a perfect example of what a buyer needs to be asking, and a perfect example of how willing a supplier should be in responding to their concerns.

So many times people throw money away without even a single question being asked, so for those of you that are prone to do things like that, read through this thread and you may well be able to save yourself some major drama in the future when dealing with a new supplier.

Great questions Carl, and kudos to you Rebecca for not only responding to the members concerns, but the speed of which you do. From what I have seen, this is a company that puts customer service as a priority, and just bare in mind here that this isn't even through their own site, and you won't beat that sort of service for my money!

I've been in this business for almost 10 years and I've learned a few lessons. I try to pass my knowledge on to our wholesalers to help them avoid making the same mistakes.

Hi Irene.

I just recently came a across a court document that was filed on 23-Aug-2011 that seems to indicate that Queen Bee of Beverly Hills was found to be liable for selling counterfeit Chloe handbags.

Also, this court document seems to indicate the real Queen Bee of Beverly Hills (it even lists the URL), not some other company pretending to be Queen Bee.

On page 5, the document also states that Queen Bee has filed for bankruptcy.

Do you know anything about this? Is there any truth to this?

I wanted so bad to feel comfortable with possibly working with this supplier, but after research and learning some very negative feedback on the authenticity of their designer handbags I will most likely not consider moving forward. Even though Salehoo has them as a verified supplier I still don't trust it. We still have to do our homework. Salehoo is has its faults. I have caught some and brought it to their attention. They are useful but I still always do my research.

I have tried calling this supplier but I keep getting sent to a cellphone VM. (kind of strange) No answer, I would think that a large wholesale supplier would answer their phone all day like most businesses.

Is there anyone that has actually worked with this company and had a positive experience? I would really like to have supplier like this.

We have been in business for over 13 years and we only buy directly from the brands. Yes, there is bad feedback on the internet; however, we do not have a big marketing team that can push that down like bigger corporations such as Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, and companies likewise. All of our products come with their original authenticity, control cards, and dust-bag/box as it would from the brand. We also have a retail showroom located in Huntsville, AL. It is illegal to sell counterfeit merchandise, and we would not be able to stay in business so long if that were to be the case. Okay, I just the other day became a member of European Luxury Imports and now afterwards doing this I come across this. I don't know what to believe now however, I have my own store front on eBay and hold a 100% positive feedback which I honor my name. Ive worked very hard to achieve the ratings that I have and believe me when I say this " I've earned it." I don't feel comfortable listing product's from this site now because I feel that it will ruin what I've built and I can't afford that thus, my customer's are very important as well to especially when you're dealing with high cost product's. My question is: How can you guarantee me that this site is safe? or any other site for that matter? Because, if you can verify a site like this I can't help but to ask myself how many other scam's are on this Salehoo site.

QUEEN BEE OF BEVERLY HILLS is by far the worst retailer/wholesaler ever. I found this store on salehoo.com hoping to find a trusted wholesaler for designer goods. Turns out this place is a COMPLETE FRAUD. The bottom line is that they will steal your money. I paid the annual fee to become a member of her wholesale website europeanluxuryimports.com. I bought a Gucci and Burberry bag from her website over two weeks ago and DID NOT RECIEVE ANYTHING! I paid $1,100 for both bags and never received a confirmation email or anything saying that my items were shipped. I called her store and emailed her countless times and the phone goes straight to voice mail. I did not receive one email or phone call back in response to my numerous attempts to contact them. Bottom line is that they screwed me over for $1,100. At this point I dont expect to receive my order given the countless amounts of calls/messages I have left and not to mention other complaints I found on the internet.

I contacted my banks fraud department to some how get my money back. So far no progress has been made. I would highly recommend STAYING AWAY from this company. They will steal your money. I should have done my research before placing an order with them. Rumor is that they sell fake products as well. Too bad I wont be able to say for myself since she hasn't even sent the items that I ordered. Once again, stay away from this store. Horrible ethics and horrible service. They are in the business of stealing. Its sad that companies like this exist. Stay away.

Hi Eric and welcome to the forum,

It's impossible for me to cooment on the fraud claim as I have no personal knowledge of the claim. I notice it mentions SaleHoo as the source, so I will have to wait until Monday morning to check with the office to see if we have anything on file from any member reporting the issue to us, but I am certainly not aware of of any currently.

Regarding the supplier themselves, QBBH has been a very long time approved supplier here on SaleHoo and we have personally sighted authentication proof that identifes the products as genuine. I also know that they will happily also provide that proof of authenticty to any member who requests it from them.

Further more to the supplier themselves, on the rare occasions that we have received concerns from members regarding any issues, QBBH have always acted quickly and efficiently to resolve whatever the issue has been and to the full satisfaction to the member. That is certianly to the very best of my knowdlege at the current time.

As I mentioned, I will follow up with the office when it opens again on Monday morning NZ time and check to see if we do have any open unresolved disputes at the moment and clarify for you.

I'm not trying to give Salehoo a bad name in anyway shape or form I'm just concerned because of what I read early on today. Once again this is a blind business we aren't face to face and in this day in age white collar crimes are more present then they were yesterday. I'll get back to you as soon as I get word from admin on Monday, but in all the time I have been on the forum I've never been aware of an issue as serious as this with QBBH, so I would be shocked if this had not been resolved.

Unfortunately, given that we don't have a full id of the cliament, we have no way of reaching out to them for clarification either. Shane is away until Wednesday, but I'll have her contact Queen Bee in relation to the complaint as soon as she gets back and we'll see what we can find out through that avenue for you.

We've looked at this complaint inside out and can come up with nothing whatsoever to support the claim made about the supplier in question. The supplier themselves have absolutely no record of this issue whatsoever and are completely at a loss. We have ourselves gone through our database to see if we could identify the member from the limited amount of information we have, but can find no link whatsoever.

In conclousion, we have no reason to think it was a genuine complaint to start with as neither the supplier or our own records show nothing whatsoever to back up the claim as stated in the report. It's also importnat to mention that this supplier has been in business for many years and ceratinly a long time trusted supplier with us.

I hope that gives you the confidence to move forward with them as they remain a very trusted supplier for our members to deal with here on SaleHoo.
