I have ordered about 500.00 from brandedlots.com in the first week of May. Has anyone used this supplier? My orders are still 'Pending Shipment'. I am getting a little worried. I used Paypal for my order so I know if it never shows up they will take care of me.

Brandedlots has started to respond to my emails, but not really answering my questions. I am not sure how I am supposed to run my business if the shipping is so slow?

Any tips?

I find that sometimes to -- the SLOW WEBSITES I MEAN.

I just kept looking until I found someone who could supply me quick, and be professional at the same time.

Guess this is an experience - makes you think before you order again, huh? I had one supplier who was slow with me and they asked me why I hadn't ordered from them lately, and I told them straight up, I found a supplier that is much quicker to respond and quick to ship! I can't stop my business because you don't have the supply!

If they are this slow, makes you think they probably had to order the product themselves, and it isn't in stock ---- ugh, why else would it be so slow! Keep us posted how it goes...

Well - apparently the owner was traveling. He has been very apologetic. He told me that a lot of the things I ordered they didn't - due to high demand. Not sure if I believe that or not, but he has been answering my emails right away. They also have another site for their customers that has a lot more to choose from, but their is a limit.

Thank you - yes I cannot stop my biz because you don't ship like you are supposed to. Well my first batch arrives Wednesday via UPS so at least I am not getting ripped off.

They still have to ship the first order from May 2, which really gets my blood boiling. Frustrating because they have good stuff at great prices and no minimum. I am going to give them another try or two. I really think the guy who runs the show went on vacation and came back to a mess.

I have used these people before and they seemed Ok, although I am not so sure that the Abercrombie stuff is authentic, seemed a bit thin on the material side compaired to the tees I have purchased direct from the USA. But on the whole they seemed OK & very friendly as you said.

Well, thank you all for giving me your feedback on my panic attack. I got my 30 pieces the other day. It was very well packed. All the items were as described and of good quality. So I am happy. :D

Okay that is my update. Thanks again.

Oh and I have a question. If I am a member of Salehoo - why am I listed as a guest when I post?

'I really think the guy who runs the show went on vacation and came back to a mess.'

Yeah this definately happens. I set up a business originally with 3 other people knowing I was a hell of a lot more organised and motivated than the others.

I went on holiday for 2 weeks and came back to complaints galore. I worked my ass off apolagising and sorting problems out. Needless to say I threw the two guys who'd been in charge to the gutter.

My second batch of clothes is on the way to be delivered on Wednesday. So I give Brandedlots a thumbs up. Beware when they send you a shipping confirmation it will take up to a 7-10 days for it to show up on the eximexpress site! They are in India and GET THIS - they manually input all information! WOW! Then once it hits the US it goes to UPS and you are set.

Thanks for all the feedback!

Again to the moderator of this board - please direct me to the correct place to find out why I am labeled as a guest if I am a member of Salehoo. :?: :?:

Thanks!

What exactly did you order? Clothing, adult? And what brands?

Are they real?

We are having the guest issue checked out... :)

I ordered women/misses and kids clothing. Gap, Old Navy, Hollister, Abercombie, and Aeropostale. Also ordered F.A.N.G., which I have never heard of, but it is selling and super cute. All real with tags inside the clothing AND sales tags, which is a huge plus. The prices are soooo cheap. I may have already mention this, but once you are a customer they direct you to another site they have. This site has a 200 piece minimum but alot more designer names. I feel I have found a goldmine for my second shot on trying my ebay biz. I have been doing well with the stuff I ordered. Slow on the shipping, but once I get into a flow of ordering and selling, it should all come out okay. The other site has JCrew, Victoria Secret bras, etc.

FYI - I think kids clothes is the way to go! That and everything my teenage daughter wears. One foot into Abercombie and that is 200.00 at least! I know I look for that anywhere else I can.
Thanks for checking on the guest thing - I want to create my avator!

Hi,
Have just checked out brandedlots.com and registered and now just waiting to be activated.

The feedback sounds very good and encouraging...

Just a question for anyone who has had products shipped from them, could you tell me how they put the shipping value on the shipment please. Is it in Rupees or $$$. I ask this because of paying import duties at my end. I am from Australia but at the moment living in Thailand and wish to have stock sent here until I get back home and the import duty is very high here for goods labeled in $$$. If I could have a Thai Baht value put on them and a low one it would be great for my profit margins..

Any info much appreciated
Cheers

Chelseybun

I see one post above where the authenticity of this site's A&F shirts was questioned. What have been the experiences of others? Real deal or not?

Also, to anyone importing to the US, what kind of Duty did you have to pay on the shipment?

ive been importing the abercrombie and fitch chubb river polos.im not 100% sure on authenticity as i havent seen what the real deal before but they seem pretty good quality. With the shipping charges on the invoice they set the value to a very low value to keep away those duties. ive just had my 5th shipment from brandedlots.com arrive and havent had to pay duties tax yet.

hope this helps

I just received yet another messed up order from Brandedlots. I am still waiting on another order I placed over 8 weeks ago.

I had placed an order for 10 Hollister girls shirts. Yesterday, after waiting a month, I received 10 XXL Polo shirts for men in ridiculous colors. The bag even had another person's name on it - clearly it was not meant for me.

I contacted them immediately. As usual they responded right away and did not acknowledge any of my complaints, just that they would check on the problem.

Several times now I have ordered things and I guess if they do not have it they chose to send me something else. I have complained about this before. This was just too much.

Sending it back and paying the shipping, and then waiting for my correct order will take oh what 3 months. I am going to go with it and sell what they sent - but that is not the point.

I think they are either in over their heads or just doing business the cheapest way they can. Well, I cannot run a business with people who do not send the right item, take sometimes two months to ship, or send things that are not the same as in the description.

Last time I ordered 10 Gap girls skirts with tags, etc. Well when I got them no tags not even in the skirts. They are of course not selling not even for 5.00.

Apparently now I am in the mens XXL biz! :x

I know their prices are great, but they have just messed up too many times now.

Okay that is my last two cents on Brandedlots.com!
