Hi Kenneth and welcome to the forum,
Slow to no email responses from Drop-Suppliers is pretty much the norm unfortunately. Many, if not most, simply treat email inquiries as nothing more than an inconvenience they just don't want to deal with. They seem to form the opinion that if someone is serious, then they will call them.
It's been something that has puzzled me for years, this bizarre ignorant attitude that many suppliers have. Of course, many will argue that they are simply too busy to get to answer all of the emails inquiries and that, I think, plays a major role in why they provide rubbish customer service
If they have plenty of business, they can simply afford to ignore a certain percentage of customer inquiries and that is what I think drives the problem. Imagine a Drop-Shipper just starting out looking for agents to market their products, can you imagine them ignoring an email inquiry?
Of course not, they would be all over it in a heartbeat.
Of course, every customer should be treated as a priority, but the reality in the Drop-Shipping industry is that many simply don't care once their business reaches a certain point.
I suggest that any supplier that provides pathetic customer service is a supplier you
DO NOT want to have anything to do with to start with. When you are dealing as a Drop-Shipper, having great support service from your supplier is an absolute must because you're the one in the firing line with your customers and if you can't get that support, then you have ZERO chance of providing quality support to your customers.
In regards to Drop-Shippers wanting to send branded packaging, that's just quite bizarre and the only thing I can think that is happening there is that they aren't really Drop-Ship suppliers to start with. Any AUTHENTIC Drop-Ship supplier understands the concept of blind shipping.
When searching through our directory, you can select to search by Drop-Ship supplier specifically. So using that filter will eliminate that issue.
