Often sellers especially the new ones will not know what to ask suppliers prior to dealing with them. At SaleHoo, we've created email templates that you can use to contact suppliers through our own messaging system. These templates are just a starting point, we highly recommend you customize them in order to build a better relationship with your prospective business partner.
To do this, go to the Wholesale Directory and start your search.
From the list of suppliers, you have the option to contact suppliers directly by clicking on the "Contact Supplier" button. The green icon represents that supplier is very responsive to email.
If you want to get to find out more information about the supplier you can click the supplier's name to view their profile page.
You can also contact the supplier on their profile page by clicking on the "Contact Supplier" button then choose your preferred contact method such as Email, Phone, Skype, Live Chat or Website Contact Page.
**Please note, If you send out multiple identical emails, your message may be suspended temporarily. You can contact support if this happens.
Alternatively, you can now contact suppliers directly via the search results page in the directory by clicking the 'Contact supplier' link. This enables you to quickly message suppliers on the go. Simply compose your message and then push enter, similar to how Facebook Messenger works. Only one chat window can be open at once, however you can view all of your messages together by navigating to your inbox.
