    Ebay removed my listings

    Hello,
i listed two Brand new Authentic Vancouver canucks jerseys and they are both Signed and come with certificate of authenticity. went to bed hoping to wake up and see them sold, but instead i woke up to this :

    Your listing has been removed.

    - Limited selling history

You may also consider these tips to help improve your listing:

    - We received a report that concerns the authenticity of an item in your listing. We regularly receive such reports from rights owners, law enforcement officials, and member of the eBay community. The report received was not the determining reason for why your listing was removed, but it was taken into consideration when eBay took down your listing. Please do not relist the item. Not only may it be removed again, but further actions against your listing(s) may further jeopardize or impact your eBay account status.

Buyers have high expectations when they purchase items on eBay. If you aren't meeting these expectations as a seller, your buyers may leave low detailed seller ratings, which can negatively affect your selling privileges.

Due to the concerns stated above, please don't relist these items. If you do, your listings will be removed and you may be subject to range of actions, including buying and selling limits or suspension of your account. This helps protect you from receiving negative Feedback or low detailed seller ratings and also prevents eBay buyers from potentially bad shopping experiences.

my items are genuine as i got them from one of the owners of the club. i even posted pictures of the COA hoping that will be enough proof.

please tell me what to do?

ps: they told me if i relist them my account risk to be suspended permanently

Not much you can do at this stage, other than open the lines of communication up with Trust and Safety. What's happened is someone has reported the item as not being genuine, and that report in association with your lack of trading credibility has caused eBay to act.

The thing about eBay is, they shoot first and ask questions afterwards. Now what you are going to have to do is communicate with them, showing them your proof of authentication and hope for the best.

What you don't want to do is go against their warning because that does have the potential to close your account.

Yeah, standard operating procedure with eBay, couple of red flags has seen them act, now it will take a while for them to investigate, but with your proof of authenticity, they should find in your favour in the end.

The bonus is, once they get your proof this this time, they will be less likely to bounce any future listing. That said, if in any doubt whatsoever at any time, it's always a good idea to contact eBay first and show them a COA, that can save all the drama in the end.

    Cheers

    Re: Ebay removed my listings

a little update, i have been on the phone with ebay four days in a row trying get their ok to relist. their staff was confusing and eachtime put me on hold for more than 10 mn to redirect to other departments. yesterday they told me DONT relist them and if you do we will hold your account period.
so i yeah i paid big bucks for the item to hear this. told them you probably don't need my business but i will make sure everyone i know finds out how you treat your customers. she said okay.
as for me i will give them the items to someone else to list them for me.

Don't worry, anyone who has ever dealt with eBay support will know how frustrating it is. I've had the misfortune to deal with them on many different occasions, and felt the frustration over and over again as each person you speak to has a different opinion.

For my money, eBay has one of the worst customer support systems in place. The staff are trained to an extremely basic level of support, and are completely inept at supplying anything close to decent, reliable support to any inquiry that a well trained money couldn't provide!

Unfortunately it is what is is, eBay won't provide better training and they don't give a damn if their customers like that or not, simply too big to let it bother them.

I've always found the level of support through PayPal to be far more helpful than anything eBay has ever come close to for me, and while it may not be a PayPal issue at the moment, could well be worth trying to get their assistance.

The biggest issue I think you have is you're not dealing with Trust and Safety, as it's almost impossible to talk one on one with anyone from that department. You seem to be talking to the front line staff who won't have a clue what to do, and you'll get a different response each time you talk to someone different.

I would email Trust and Safety with the issue, I know email correspondence can be annoying with all the waiting for responses, but that department is the only one that will have a clue as to how to resolve the issue.

    Good luck!

eBay support's motto should be "We're not satisfied until you're not satisfied."

Many are selling under the radar nowadays due to this type of behavior.
