    hello,
    i came across aspkin forums. they claim to sell verified paypal or ebay account. someone told me its best solution for me as they removed my listings etc..
    did anybody used this before ?

    Run, don't walk, from sites selling accounts to pretty much anything, particularly regulated products like a PayPal or bank account.
