Hi,DHGate isn't at fault, it's more the sellers that have an issue.
Just been reading all this negative feedback about DHGate and was wondering if there are resellers who have had any good experience with DHGate.
I have placed a lot of DHGate products on my website and am considering removing them if there's no good comment or recommendation from fellow sellers.
Looking forward to some positive comments. Thank you.

Also ask the seller any question you have. I was going to buy some golf clubs and asked if they were fake and he replied yes, didn't try to lie or mislead.WEB STORE: link hidden

Personally i wouldnt dropship from dhgate until you build a trusting relationship with a specific supplier, too many things can & often DO go wrong. Delayed delivery times, wrong products sent & bad quality items are recieved more times than not and any of these things will lead to angry or disgruntled customers. The best thing to do is order samples from various suppliers first and then keep a record of their delivery times, item quality, communication, price etc. then mark each one out of 10 in each of these fields. This is a good way to find the best suppliers on dhgate. (Also bear in mind that the suppliers with the most feedback are not always the best, it's been quite the opposite in my experiences)

I've been buying and selling with dhgate for over a year now and haven't had one bad experience. You just have to be careful what sellers you buy from. Obviously check their feedback first. You can check a sellers feedback and see what customers have left on certain products. I'll usually contact the seller and establish a business relationship or negotiations prior to purchasing. Almost all sellers can be negotiated with. I've even had a few send free samples. If you need any info on a certain seller send me a PM i've dealt with several of them.

Dhgate has a similar feedback system. Just dont buy from anyone with poor feedback. And use your head when buying products.

Same olf story but with a different site. Dh gate is a good site. The company isnt to blame but some of the sellers suck. Just my honest opinion. Know what u r buying and who u r buying from is the key. The website is just a website. They really dont control who buys r sells on that site.

I have lived in China for years. The biggest thing is our misunderstanding of Chinese business. Most of the people selling these think they are real because they are making them. This is how a lot of them think. You have to ask very specific questions about the items, get pictures of the tags, stiching, materials used, price, origin, ect. To us we take it for granted that in the USA all things are real, because we have a real legal system. No matter what you buy in China it is fake, no matter what. You should know this up front before buying. This is why, the export tax on the real items, I.E. anyting from apple, microsoft, ect is almost 40%. a real 2 GB Ipod Nano cost 250 USD in China. You won't the prices to match US markets. Once you able to understand this then you know what to expect. You can't get upset with the seller because 9 out 10 buyers want this fake. They are just filling the demand of the poorer class of Americans. They are better capitalist than most of us. If anyone has any questions about China I will be glad to help.
