I have done quite a bit of dropshipping and the one peice of advice I can tell you is to never dropship from China.I cant tell you the problems I have had with this.

I had an almost identical situation with Golf Clubs too.I
filed claims with paypal, and like you said, that was
useless.I did file diputes with dhgate too.

I had a very similar situation.I filed a dipute with
DHGATE-which was useless.I filed a claim with Paypal which
they denied immediately because they offer no protection on
non ebay items.

PAYPAL IS NOT SAFE OUTSIDE EBAY I just wanted to let you all know that paypal offers
absolutely no buyer protection outside of ebay.I bought
several hundred dollars worth of merchandise off of DHGATE.
