Can I use my own domain name or will it be a subdomain?
Yes, in fact to get your store up and running and ready for business you will need your own domain name (available from godaddy.com or your preferred domain registrar)
Your site will only ever have a strange-looking subdomain in the first few minutes after setting it up (while it’s still in ‘staging’ mode).
How many different themes/designs are available?
As of writing, we have a total of 14 different themes available. Each one is significantly different to the others and each one designed to give the end user a seamless shopping experience.
Each theme can be customized further with 5-9 different color schemes – giving you a total of at least 75 completely different ‘looks’. View a sneak peak of our themes here.
Do the sites use a private SSL or is it a shared SSL? Are all sites on dedicated IP’s?
The sites are on shared IP’s, however we do keep the total number of sites per IP at a low level.
The SSL certificate is shared. Your own domain is used for the front end, with the checkout using a shared domain. This gives you solid security without the high costs associated.
Will there be any additional cost later on?
The only additional cost you will face is buying a domain name (about 10 bucks). Your subscription covers hosting, it covers payment processing, it covers updates - it covers everything.
What payment options will my visitors have?
Your store is set up to accept credit cards through integration with PayPal. You can also accept payment via Cash, Bank Transfer or Check/Money-order.
We don't have merchant account support to keep the costs down and to make sure everything is easy to use.
What if I have problems setting everything up?
We’ve created a series of easy-to-follow set up videos. But as with anything there are bound to be questions we haven’t covered.

Can I import my listings that I already have on eBay or Amazon or (insert market here)?
Yes, if you have existing listings on eBay it is dead easy to import them to your store using eBay Turbo Lister.
Unfortunately we do not have the same function for other marketplaces. But if there is enough demand for this then it will be included in future updates.
Can I change my store domain name later?
Yes you can, and at no extra cost. All you will need to do is send a support email stating what changes you want to make and we will handle the transfer for you.
