Who is the SaleHoo Community Manager

The Community Manager is a SaleHoo member appointed by SaleHoo to act as an advocate for our members. This individual usually has a history of making forum posts of outstanding quality and a proven background in ecommerce.

The current Community Manager for SaleHoo is Marc Ransom. Marc lives in Brisbane, Australia and has been a member of SaleHoo for nearly three years. He has more than 15 years experience in sales and marketing and currently runs two businesses: Cafebytz.com and Liquidityinc. In the past, Marc has also been an eBay powerseller, and he continues to hobby-sell on eBay Australia in his spare time.

What does the Community Manager do?

The Community Manger spends at least 10 hours on the SaleHoo forum each week moderating content and providing informal mentoring to members. The Community Manager attempts to provide members with the best help and advice that they can, based on their personal experience and industry knowledge.
