Legality of selling on Facebook

I am planning to sell on facebook or dropship, are we allowed to do it?

You can certainly promote your products on Facebook, in fact using Social Media is a must these day to promote your business.

so we have to create our website? or salehoo will setup the website for us? like a business page?

SaleHoo offers a stores Platform you can access or you can build your own, but that is separate to Facebook. Of course once you have your website (store) you can then use your Facebook page to promote it.
