I Heard about a company called world wide brands are they on the up and up? Are they really worth almost $400 bucks or is their some place like them that's better or cheaper or both?...

Im new to selling on ebay and im looking for a good place to get stuff to sell at but i dont have a lot of money to buy things that are costly. im lost so far can any offer advice?
