Thanks Mark I never thought of googling for templates. I have found the original message it was from Andy Lawrence.

I did buy items from the wholesale side of focal price and it was delivered within 14 days. It was very easy to do and all I had to do was pay some tax to get my goods.

Terapeak only works with Amazon USA at the moment but it is expected to increase their coverage to include other Amazon sites.
