I would have to agree...I look for paypal,CC,and some even offer 50% now 50% after delivery...in another forum that I am in I have a guy that lives in china that checks up on companys...

I bought quite a few things from china and I never had to pay import taxes on them , I used UPS and DHL for delivery ...maybe they added the taxes into my shipping ....good question...
