update:
To clarify my resolution, I contacted my bank/credit card company in 2007 and noted Liquidation.com sold me a 100% defective lot of memory. I had purchased (with good intention) that 'some' of the memory chips were useable, when in fact 'ALL' of the chips were unusable (was never mentioned in the original description). The bank did a chargeback to Liquidation.com. In doing so I received my money back, and I cancelled my Liquidation.com profile.
Since then it appears they now are part of BBB. Hopefully they improved protection for both buyers and sellers.
