Hi all,
Ok, I'm stuck, I have spent the last 3 months arguing with a Chinese supplier, who promised me the earth with regards to some Android Tablets, I brought in 3 models to test - and unfortunately they did not meet expectations - I had been very specific with the supplier before placing the order, and the "market" that came on them was not the same market as on the Android network, also they did not include Australian chargers - which I requested. Further - their assistance was minimal. I put forward an offer to reduce the total payment amount by $45 US to cover me buying new chargers and for the fact they weren't up to par. Which went back and forward 100 times before they accepted.
My problem is, in all that time, I changed banks here in Australia due to a disagreement with Bank of Queensland (which is another story for another day) - I now bank with St George.
I asked ali-express how they were going to effect the refund, and they told me they have already processed it and sent it to my old credit card. I advised them that it is cancelled and they suggested I take it up with my credit card provider... who have told me it's cancelled and to take it up with Ali... who of course tell me again to take it up with my credit card provider... I'm beginning to feel like this might be a circular problem that is not worth $45 but it is the principal of the matter.
Any suggestions?
