Kid's Tablets or Kid's computers - supplier needed

I'm new and I"m really enjoying reading thru the forums. I'd like to know if anyone has a source for kids tablets or kids computers. Any information is appreciated.

I spent hours trying to search for suppliers for these products, but I did not find suppliers for any tablet or computer specifically created solely for kids' use. If you can share with me a link to the product you are referring to, (Is it under a specific brand? Is it a kind of toy?), I will do my best to help. There are several suppliers listed with tablets and computers, let me know if you need me to gather a list of these.

One computer manufacturer example is OLPC (one laptop per child) Not so much a toy, but a laptop or tablet that is inexpensive, ruggedized and setup for smaller fingers and young minds, but uses todays more standard internal components. OLPC has kid friendly software that (I believe) not only teaches kids how to use the computer, but protects them as they go online.

You mean ones that are actually engineered for kids, right? Because for kids from tween and up, and cheap tablet with a kid-friendly software setup will suffice, and you can make and market those yourself fairly easily (ie. pick up quality unbranded tablets off of DHG or Alibaba, handle the software on your end, resell at a profit.)

Actual "kid engineered" tablets like the Fisher Price iXL, the uDraw, etc. will tend to be available from any electronics supplier or supplier who specialises in kid brands like FP, VTech etc.

Some good inspiration for the specific products for which you might look are Link hidden: Login to view and Link hidden: Login to view, two good review and comparison articles from zdNet and Consumer Reports. I don't know if the Nabi is in either, but I highly recommend that one -- it is an impressive piece of work, and very affordable (unfortunately, sniffing a little all i can find for a wholesale source is Nabi themselves.)

@buffalobucks: Given the list of kid tablets from Frank's links, I still wasn't able to find any wholesale source for each of them (tried searching for suppliers specializing on kid educational products, but they do not have them), and as he mentioned they tend to be available straight from those companies and their authorized retail distributors.
