Hi guys,
I purchased some nokia gold 8800's off a seller on DHGate a couple of weeks ago and I have sold quite a few of them now and I have started to get returns on them with customers saying that they are faulty. I have already left feedback for this seller on DHGate and I am worried that nothing will get done about this as they are obviously faulty, It is starting to give me a bad reputation with my customers, what do you intend I do?

Oh, I'm afraid this happens alot.
Always check the feedback of the seller FIRST and get to know them well FIRST before doing any kind of transaction like this!
Especially on phones or expensive items!!
Now, in regards to the 8800. You can ask for a refund but that won't be helpful in solving the problem.
My advice is contact DHGate directly about the problem with this seller, report it immediately and then find out if the seller does or does not know that his products are faulty.
If is the case and he has very high feedback, you may be able to get him shut down because they should have known better and checked their products before sale.
If they have low feedback, then nothing can be done and it would lie on your shoulders. Just know to NEVER work with sellers who have very low feedback ratings, unless you are 100% sure of who they are and have talked to them for some time.
A working existing relationship is important for ANY supplier....No matter where you sell, and whether it be online or off.
