Hi everyone,

My name is Hyacinth and I live in Jamaica. I am new and just start reading up about ebay and buying wholesale. I am thinking of buying wholesale clothing for retail sales.

Like many of you I have very limited resources and buying in $US means that I have to convert my currency at 90.

At the moment ebay seem almost impossible for me as I can't think of what to sell and stocking up on goods may not make sense as importing goods for export would mean financial suicide.

Any ideas from anyone would be appreciated.

This is such a great site for the newbies it has so much information to offer, but where do you start, when you've got NO IDEA on a product, and never done this stuff before? I have read alot about dropshipping which sounds like the easiest thing to start off with, but I'd prefer to start off importing (small quantities) MAYBE? If anyone in NZ can offer me some advice on what I can & what I can't import, that would be much appreciated, thank you Liz.
