does anyone can help who is the best provider we can choose for online payment getaway besides paypal ?

i need no third party but a real merchant payment getaway provider .

whose responsibility when a stolen credit card was used for buying products from me ? we need to bear the lost of the purchasing cost ?

both links does not help . it only talk about ebay and paypal . i need a real merchant internet payment getaway not for selling in ebay but with my own website .

Authorize.net and 2checkout.com are pretty much the dominant market players. I realise you said not PayPal, but in case you are not aware PayPal does offer credit card procesing for standalone websites independent of eBay.

Often your best bet is going to your own bank. Most have commercial accounts and cc processing available. I use my business' bank for both offline and online processing, and PayPal for new/experimental stuff plus eBay sales (I use PP for new stuff and stuff I'm only testing out because it's the easiest and fastest to set up -- you just add the new payment address to your account and go.)

Can't add anything more to what Frank has written for you alexyes, only to say that I would suggest PayPal, due to the respect they have among online consumers.

i understand but paypal req all the credit card holder to sign in when making the trandaction

PayPal does require the usual information for a credit card transaction, but so do the others. If you mean that people need a PayPal account to make the payment, no they don't. Non-PayPal account holders can still process credit card payments through their gateway.

Make sure that you're using PP's Link hidden: Login to view service to set up your buttons -- it can be confusing to get the right button, but if you're set up for cc payments with them and your buttons are still sending customers to sign in, you're using the wrong buttons.
