We are not trying to tell anyone not to buy an auction from this site, but be aware that you may have a problem like we are facing.
We purchased an auction and received the shipment on 11 July. It was missing 77 items plus we had paid for the cost of freight for these items, around 30 lbs.
Our transaction is in dispute. The company clearly states that you must take action within 2 days and fax your paper work within 3. We faxed and emailed our papers supporting our case 3 times. We have called the company over and over and each time they say that there are no documents for our dispute.
We are really in a bind as we are also not allowed to sell any of the items until we find out the outcome.
So here we are with 1700.00 worth of stuff that is missing 77 pieces raising our item cost and we can't do anything with it. Liquidaion.com can't seem to find our paper work even when we email directly to a customer service member who says he sent it forward, but magically it is gone again. To top it off because are 3 days are gone customer service says they may not take it anyway. They are not willing to let us send in proof of fax or sent email.
We just wanted to let people know so that you might be able to avoid a similar situation.
