Megagoods review

Hi everybody,

Does anybody here using Megagoods as dropshiping supplier? And what your experience with it?

I ordered an item from them and pay for it, but later on the order is cancelled. I tried to contact them by email but no reply. However, they still charge me for the order

Is it a reliable suppler or a scam?

Sure, the invoice number is 43156903, on 20/6/2017.

Sorry for late reply, I don't see any notification email from SaleHoo system.

Also, I also submit a request to cancel my monthly membership status but they seem to ignore it, trash my ticket and still charge me for it.

I believe they are a scam company. Or at least, their customer service is very unprofessional.

If you need more proof, I can provide them.

Exactly the problem I met - no support, no way to cancel membership.

This is actually a scam.

Hi Tai,

Thanks for passing on your order number, although we have already contacted this supplier regarding your issue, we weren't able to get any further without having that number. Shane now has that number and she will now follow-up more specifically in regards to that order to get a resolution to the problem.

She'll be in touch with you as soon as she has news.
