Hi, Im looking for authentic game consoles such as Wii's, PS3 etc. At the lowest price per unit does anyone have a wholesaler?

Something like 10 wii... I just want the lowest price so I can make a bigger profit that includes low price PS3 xbox 360 and just video games period. I went to site like regalgames.con and toysnjoys.com (i think) and they just said $500 minimum without specific details about cost per unit

Unfortunately no genuine wholesale resource will deal in such small numbers, and you wouldn't be getting a good enough price for resale margin if they did sell you just 10 units.

If you are considering ebay as your market place then I would suggest you reconsider when looking in such low buying volume. You will be competing against some seriously big players who buy in seriously large volume and sell at very small margin.

Small players just can't compete in that market.

If you are looking at ebay, I would suggest that their 500 MOQ may give you a sniff, although you would have to settle for a minor mark-up.

Understand that there is a very high probability that these sources that you are looking at are most likely already selling on ebay under different names, in fact they would be crazy if they weren't.

Unless you are buying in distribution numbers straight from the factory, then who ever you purchase from will most likely be in a position to not only compete against you on ebay, but will be able to undercut you.

I know that everyone wants to sell the hottest moving products on ebay, but the fact is not not everyone has a chance. It may not seem like it, but It's big business, and that means that the people playing in that game are very well resourced.

thats the tricky part, with no easy answer. if we all knew what was so in demand and w/ no competition on ebay, then we would all be selling it and then there would be to much competition and no profit. which is why its so hard to compete w/ people on ebay, everyone else has been doing it way longer and has way more money to play with. every one works really hard to come up w/ ways to compete on ebay, a good way to get some ideas is to sell some of your personal stuff from around the house. you'd be suprised how much you get for some of that stuff that you were planning to throw away eventually. i would suggest doing that and reading these forums, there is a lot of knowledge in there, i've been here for a few months now and i still search through the forums. i've learned a lot, but still have so much more to learn

I think jake covered that pretty well, but I would just say that the right second hand products offer some of the best margins on ebay. They will allow you to compete in the major categories while offering a great cost effective alternative for those buyers without the budget to buy new.

ive often found listings on craigslist for game systems that can be purchased and resold on ebay. and you also have the advantage of local pick up= no shipping cost. yard sales are also a good place to look.

ya ive seen ps3s sell so cheap on craigslist. i just sold my ps3 and a game plus my bluetooth head set, for $200. i could have gotten a lot more on ebay if my accounts werent all screwed up. im sure you you can talk people down enough to flip it on ebay. its hard times for people right now and they'll sell almost anything they can to pay theyre bills. people just like me :-(

to the point with no bs !!! way to go jake. look folks, times are tuff! and most of us have seen a big change in lifestyle over the past 9 mths or so,and just as RAIDERjake said people are selling off anything that can get some fast cash.

its a shame but its reailty! so even though times are hard, it present a golden opp. for ebay sellers. search the classifieds, online and off!
