I have emailed nearly all the jewellery suppliers listed here and in 4 days not one has bothered to reply
Makes me wonder how often they are checked to see if they are still active with the drop ship side of their businesses not many by the look it.
Sick of doing this pointless in fact.
Good old Dropship Designs drop the big jewellery supplier without warning leaving me to explain why I could not send the item to them and when I finally got Drop Ship Design to tell me who they were, I discovered they could not careless either. Great now I have to find another one to do this......
As Richelle has said, many will treat email inquiries as low priority. I personally think that is insane, especially when you run a business that involves online trading.
For me it's about customer service, and when you are dealing with a drop shipper you need to know that if there is an issue at any time, their customer service is going to be on the ball and get it sorted right away.
That said, it comes down to a simple question for me. Would I feel comfortable doing business with a company that treated my initial inquiry in such a disrespectful manner?
Answer - HELL NO!
