We are a supplier and I am very appreciative of this forum because it helps us understand the needs of Salehoo's members.
Is this what suppliers do is charge you a fee if your customer returns a product for a refund? This doesn't seem like good business sense to me. I would like to understand the issue you are having with your suppliers.
As for us, we are a company that does not charge you a fee if a product is returned to us - and in our case if a product is returned to us it is in used condition because your customer has already consumed a portion of the dietary supplement in the box. If a product is returned to us we refund the money to you that you paid to us and then you refund your customer the price they paid to you.
