Oo.com.au - Has anyone dealt with them before?

Has anyone dealt with them before? They have mixed reviews, and haven't yet replied to my emails, and it has been over a week.

They have some great stuff that I would like to sell/dropship, but it is hard to get started when they won't answer you.

I have dealt with them but it has been a while, I did on occassions have to ask a question but got no reply.

They also use their own bags for shipping so you won't get return customers

They also used to sell on eBay themselves under a different account name, but that said, I know some were using them to also sell on eBay and were doing OK as far as I know.

Hmm, so my best bet is to use them as a wholesaler then?

That really sucks. They are the only company in the Directory for Australia that seemed any decent (in my opinion).

I contacted Sunrise Imports through email and online chat, and got 2 differnt answers. The man on chat said that they DO dropship and gave me details etc, but the lady in the email was straight to the point saying NO they don't dropship.

I emailed back saying that someone else from the company said they do, but no reply.

I think I am going to ask for my money back. I'm sure Sale Hoo is great for US and China customers, but I am finding it very hard being in Australia.

May I ask which suppliers you use?

Of all the companies I have contacted, only 2 or 3 have gotten back to me, and like I have mentioned before, their shipping prices are unappealing.

I prefer to not tell anyone who I go through, but they are based in sydney and import items from china, they don't charge me membership or anything and are fair on shipping.

OO is fairly good except for communicating with customers.

Hi Mad_Missi,

Have you tried giving oo.com.au a call? If you haven't might be best to give them call so your inquiries can get top priority. Oftentimes due to the bulk of the emails a supplier receives, it may usually take longer than expected to get a reply from them.
