Before stating your return policy, be sure that it matches the policy of your chosen drop ship supplier.
As with most of the suppliers, drop shippers do accept returns IF there is a valid reason, like for example a problem with the product. Again you should clearly state the return policy exactly as stated with your supplier’s conditions. For clothing it usually requires that it hasn’t been worn, stained or if the clothing doesn’t fall under items where returns are not accepted.
You can easily have any return processed by getting in touch with the drop shipper and letting them know the customer’s reason for requesting a return. With all things in place you can then give your buyer the return address and do keep in contact with the customer to ensure that the concern has been addressed.
