Hi,

I found a drop shipper that I would like to know if they are reliable and trustworthy? Wondered if anyone has heard of them before. There website is: Link hidden: Login to view. I would like to know if they are a drop shipper I can rely on and use? I don't think they go through SaleHoo, but I'm sharing the website and want to know what you all think?

Please let me know.

Thank you,
Erin Hester

I clicked the Paypal link on Link hidden: Login to view and got the message "There's a problem with the merchant's PayPal account. Please try again later."

Hello Erin,

I have searched through our directory for this site but found that it was not listed yet.
We do not usually vouch for sites that are out of our directory but I had found some details about this company that you may find useful"

1. Payment options - uses Paypal and major credit cards
2. Website was created last 2012-04-02 08:59:26 and has undergone 6 changes since then
3. The company is based in China and most of the time, if not for generic items, we do not suggest companies from mainland China.

It's best to gather more feedback from our members in this trail so we can go about and have better options.

Thank you for the information Rachel! I will not consider working with them.

Another thing I'm concerned about is a dropship company that SaleHoo has listed on their wholesale directory. There called Link hidden: Login to view, based in Australia. I listed some of their products from there website on ebay to sell and according to the owner, he said not to use the products to sell. I listed 6 items on ebay to sell and I feel the owner has mislead me, because according to their website, they have products that are for sale and have several in stock, but according to the owner, they don't. I listed a product on ebay they had on their website and sold it to a buyer in Australia. After the buyer paid for it, the company went ahead and shipped it to my buyer, but he said it was discontinued and no longer in stock, even though their website said they had 6 in stock. Their website is very misleading. There website is very confusing to me. I'm not sure whether I want to work with them again. I'm still communicating with them, but not sure if I should anymore. What do you think?
Thank you,
Erin Hester

Hello Erin,

Thank you for raising this with us.

We will communicate with the supplier and will let you know what happened.
This activity seems suspicious and, well yes, quite confusing.

Not to worry, we will do our best to ensure we properly mediate and get to the bottom of your concern.
