Normal, well let's say that it's possible. It really depends on the supplier as to if they offer such, but most of the larger ones do. It's just good business to do so these days, of course that just makes it easy for their customers. If you find one that doesn't, then you probably have to ask yourself how good their service is going to be across the board for you.
