Ok so I am new to Salehoo.com, but I have been running a eBay store for about a year now. I turned about $5000 in profit which is really nothing. I wanted to increase my income by joining salehoo.com. My first question on drop shipping is, do you have to buy the products before you can sell them? Or is it when you get the money and the order you give the order to the company which then processes it? Also, what are some reliable and non expensive drop shippers that supply any items below.

Otterbox for any phone.
Lifeproof Case for any phone.
Cellphones
Beats
Monster

or any other electronic product that will move.

Thank you

Hi Jacob and welcome to SaleHoo

For the first part of your question, you do not purchase anything upfront with a Drop Shipping business model. You advertise the product, then on the sale of that product, you pass the customer's details onto your supplier for them to process and ship the order direct to your customer. Of course the margin you make is the difference between what the product actually costs you and what the price was that you sold it at.

You can browse through our supplier directory here Link hidden: Login to view. and look for options that best suit your requirements.

Cheers

What items are currently selling with good margins?

Also is there a way to search for a drop shipper that does not require a high start up fee?

Hi Jacob,

It's impossible to highlight what products are selling with good margins. Margins all depend on what prices you are paying from a supplier and what prices you are selling for. This all comes down to research really, identifying products, identifying your competition and identifying the right suppliers that will then identify potential product margins.

In regards for searching for suppliers who have no admin fees. We don't have that feature available in our directory currently.
